THE DREAM CUP: CREATORS EDITION

CHAMPIONSHIP RULES

Version 1.3 (draft) · Effective TBD · Last updated 20 September 2026
Promoter: Formula Neon LLC ("Formula Dream", "we", "us") · support@formuladream.app

DOCUMENT 1 OF 2. These rules cover the Creators Edition – the Dream Cup between invited creators, and the Most Backed Creator prize. The Dream Fan Championship, which fans play, has its own rules document. Nothing here applies to it.

THE SHORT VERSION

  • It is free. No entry fee, no purchase, ever.
  • It is decided on skill – your fantasy selections and how they score. Nothing is decided at random.
  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Prizes reach every country. The form can change depending on what can be delivered where the winner lives.
  • We pay to get a prize to you – shipping, customs, duty and VAT.
  • A prize counts as income where you live. Any tax on it is yours to pay. We tell you what it is worth so you can declare it.
  • Dates can move, and we will tell you when they do.

1 · THE BASICS

1.1 What this is. These are the official rules for The Dream Cup: Creators Edition (the "Cup") – a private fantasy Formula 1 league between invited creators, run by Formula Dream across three race weekends between 19 November and 6 December 2026.

1.2 Who is running it. The promoter is Formula Neon LLC, of TBD (registered address). Questions: support@formuladream.app.

1.3 Which version applies. These rules carry a version number and an effective date at the top. The version in force is the one published at formuladream.app/events/dream-cup/creator-rules. When you accept these rules we record which version you accepted, and when. These rules can change – §12 explains how, and how we tell you.

1.4 What accepting means. If you tick the box saying you agree to the Championship Rules, you are agreeing to this document, and that agreement is binding.

1.5 What accepting does not mean. This is not an employment or agency agreement, and it is not a commercial contract. If you have a separate written agreement with us, nothing here replaces, limits or overrides it, and where the two disagree, that agreement governs.

1.6 How to read this. The summaries are there to help you. Where a summary and the numbered text differ, the numbered text is what applies.

2 · WHAT THE WORDS MEAN

Term What it means
Cup The Dream Cup: Creators Edition – everything covered by these rules.
Creator An invited creator who has accepted a seat in the Cup.
Fan Anyone taking part who is not a Creator.
Round (or Race Weekend) One of the three Cup race weekends: Las Vegas (19–21 Nov), Lusail, Qatar (27–29 Nov), Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi (4–6 Dec) 2026.
Team Lock The deadline for selecting a fantasy team, 12:00pm on the Wednesday before each Round: 18 November, 25 November and 2 December 2026. The transfer window closes at the same moment (§7.3).
Backing A fan's public show of support for a Creator – closest to a vote. A fan backs one Creator, and the choice is final: it cannot be changed once made. Fans can also share a Creator's link to bring more people behind them.
Most Backed Creator The Creator with the most Backings when counting closes (§8). Because a Backing cannot be moved, it is counted once at the moment it is made and stays counted, so the total received and the total held at close are the same number. Counting runs from 9:00am on 10 November 2026 to 12:00pm on 6 December 2026, New York time (§8.3).
Nomination The Most Backed Creator's choice of one person in their community to receive the PlayStation 5. A choice, never a draw (§8A).
The Dream Rig A Creator podium prize – a championship-grade sim racing setup (§7).
The Dream Weekend A Creator podium prize. Described in §7.6.3.
Dream X A Creator podium prize. Described in §7.6.4.
lil' Champs Formula Dream's collectible foam-finger driver cutouts.
ARV Approximate Retail Value – what a prize is worth at normal retail prices, including tax and delivery where stated. Values are in §14.
Brands The brands supplying prizes and experiences: TBD (brand list), and any others we announce during the campaign.

3 · IT IS FREE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

No purchase necessary. Free to enter.

3.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase requirement. Accepting your seat and playing is all it takes.

3.2 Buying anything changes nothing. No payment – to us, to a Brand, or to anyone else – will get you an entry, an extra entry, more points, an earlier start, or any other advantage. This includes anything we sell, such as lil' Champs: buying one, or ten, gives you no advantage of any kind in the Cup.

4 · THE CUP IS DECIDED ON SKILL

There is no draw and no random tiebreaker in these rules.

4.1 How the Cup is won. The Cup is a fantasy competition. It is won on the selections a Creator makes – the team you pick, and how you manage it across the three Rounds. Nothing is decided at random.

4.2 Ties are broken on performance. Where two Creators finish level, the tie is settled on performance – never at random.

4.3 The one place a random element exists – and what it cannot do. A Creator who has not selected a team by Team Lock is given a starting team by an automatic randomiser, so that missing the deadline never puts them out of the Cup.

The randomiser assigns a starting team and nothing else. It does not select, rank, weight or decide any winner or any prize. From that point every Creator is scored the same way, on the same basis as everyone else, and a Creator given a randomised starting team can change it whenever the format allows.

4.4 No draws. No competition in these rules is a raffle, a sweepstake decided by chance, or a lottery.

4.5 There are no fixed odds. This is a skill competition, not a draw, so there is no published chance of winning. How you place depends on how well your selections score against everyone else in the Cup.

5 · WHO CAN ENTER

5.1 You must be 18 or older – or older, where the age of majority where you live is above 18. You confirm this when you accept these rules, and we may check it before awarding a prize.

5.2 Where you can enter. Seats are open to invited creators anywhere in the world, except where entry is prohibited or restricted by local law. Where you live does not affect whether you can win the Cup – it can affect the form your prize takes. See §6.

5.3 One person, one seat, one entry. Your seat is personal and cannot be transferred. You compete as yourself, not as an agency, a management company, or a shared channel account. One account per person; multiple or shared accounts are not permitted, and we may disqualify entries and withdraw prizes where we find them.

5.4 Who cannot win. Employees and officers of Formula Neon LLC and of our Brands, and their immediate families and household members, cannot win prizes under these rules. Creators are not excluded – being invited into the Cup, or appearing in the Formula Dream app, does not make you our employee or our agent.

5.5 Where we cannot send a prize at all. Some places we are not allowed to ship to, and some we cannot reach. In both cases a physical prize is not possible, and the alternative in §6.5 applies instead.

  • Sanctions and export controls. We cannot award or deliver a prize where doing so would breach them. That currently means Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, together with any person or organisation specifically designated under those programmes.
  • Places carriers do not serve. International carriers have suspended or never offered service to a number of countries. Those we know of are listed in Annex 3.

Both lists change. The list in force on the day a prize is awarded is the one that applies.

5.5a Two things Creators cannot do.

  • You cannot keep the Most Backed prize. If you finish Most Backed Creator, the prize goes to someone in your community. You nominate that person and we ship it to them direct (§8A). It does not come to you.
  • You cannot play the Dream Fan Championship. That competition is for fans. Creators are not eligible to enter it or to win its prizes.

5.6 Verification. Before awarding a prize we may ask you to confirm your identity, your age and where you live, and to provide the tax information described in §13. If you cannot be verified, or if verification shows you are under 18, the prize is withheld and awarded to the next eligible Creator in the standings. A prize is never re-drawn – it always passes down the standings in order.

5.7 How long you have to claim. A winner must respond and complete verification by 14 December 2026, seven days after the winners are announced (§7.2). The Most Backed Creator must submit their nomination by the same date (§8A).

If a winner does not claim in time, §5.6 applies and the prize passes to the next eligible Creator.

6 · WHERE PRIZES CAN GO

Every Creator competes for the same Cup. Only the physical form of a prize changes by country.

6.1 The principle. We would rather reach more countries with a prize that fits than shut whole regions out because one large item is hard to ship. So the Cup is open worldwide under §5, and what arrives at your door depends on what can actually be delivered where you live.

6.2 Large physical prizes go where our Brands can ship them. A sim racing setup is a heavy, customs-sensitive item, and it is delivered by the Brand supplying it, into the countries they serve. Those countries are listed in Annex 1, and the list is updated from time to time as Brand coverage changes. Updating Annex 1 does not change these rules. To be confirmed.

6.3 Consoles and games are bought locally where we can. Where a prize includes a games console or a physical game and it can be bought inside the winner's country, we buy it there and have it delivered locally. This is not a lesser prize – it means no border delay, no customs, and hardware built for that region and plug. Annex 2 lists those countries.

6.4 Buying locally does not reduce what a prize is worth. A console bought in the winner's country counts in full towards the prize's stated value and towards anything owed under §13.

6.5 Where a physical prize cannot be delivered. If we cannot lawfully or practically deliver a physical prize, the winner receives the digital items, plus a lil' Champ. There is no cash alternative to any prize under these rules.

6.6 Mexico and Brazil. Where a prize for a winner in Mexico or Brazil includes a PlayStation 5 and game, they are bought from local retailers. No freight, no customs.

6.7 We pay the cost of getting a prize to you. Shipping, freight, customs clearance, import duty and VAT are paid by us or by the Brand delivering the prize. You will not be asked for a payment when your prize arrives. This is separate from tax on the value of what you have won, which is dealt with in §13.

6.8 Winning never depends on travelling anywhere. Where a prize is itself an experience – the Dream Weekend, for example – what that experience involves is described with the prize in §7.

6.9 Substitution. If a prize, or any part of one, becomes unavailable, we may replace it with an alternative of a similar type and a similar value range. We will tell the winner what has changed and why.

7 · THE CUP

A private fantasy Formula 1 league between invited creators, across three race weekends.

7.1 What it is. Each Creator picks a fantasy team and races it against the other Creators across the three Rounds.

Every Round has two scoring events – Qualifying and the Race – so the Cup runs over six events across three weekends. Your points accumulate across all six. There is no reset between Rounds and no single decisive weekend: a strong Saturday counts as much as a strong Sunday, and a weak Round can be recovered from. The Creator with the highest total after all six events wins the Cup.

7.2 The dates.

When What happens
31 October 2026 Seat entry closes.
9 November 2026 Grid Reveal. The grid is revealed.
10 November 2026 Team picking opens. Backing opens (§8.3).
18 Nov · 25 Nov · 2 Dec, 12:00pm Team Lock, the Wednesday before each Round. Your team must be selected by this point, and the transfer window closes (§7.3).
20 November 2026 Round 1 begins, Las Vegas. Qualifying is the first scoring event (§7.1). Practice sessions do not score.
19–21 Nov · 27–29 Nov · 4–6 Dec Round 1 Las Vegas · Round 2 Lusail, Qatar · Round 3 Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi.
6 December 2026 The Cup is decided on track. Backing closes at 12:00pm (§8.3).
7 December 2026 Standings are final 24 hours after the chequered flag (§7.4). The winners are announced.
14 December 2026 Deadline to claim a prize (§5.7) and, for podium winners, to choose an experience (§7.6). Seven days from the announcement.

All times and dates in these rules are New York time (ET). Session times follow the published Formula 1 timetable and can change – see §12.

7.3 What you need to do. Four things, none of them complicated:

  1. Download the Formula Dream app and sign in with your league account. Your league handle is your own handle with _admin added – if you are @formuladream, it is @formuladream_admin. Our team sends you the full details after you accept your invite.
  2. Build your fantasy team before Team Lock at 12:00pm on 18 November, and keep it current before each Round's Team Lock.
  3. Use the transfer window. Between Rounds you can change your team. The window opens 24 hours after that Round's Race, once its standings are final (§7.4), and closes at the next Team Lock, 12:00pm on the Wednesday before the following Round. Driver prices move week to week with their performance, so what a driver costs in Round 2 is not what they cost in Round 1.

Nothing to buy, nothing to pay.

Bring your people with you. Post it, stream it, rally them – the more of your community that comes with you, the bigger this gets for everyone in it. That is an invitation, not a requirement, and nothing in the Cup depends on it.

7.4 How scoring works. Scoring, budgets, transfers, driver prices and points are the Formula Dream Fantasy rules published in the app. Those rules govern any question about how a score was reached. To be confirmed.

Results are provisional for 24 hours. The points from a session are provisional until 24 hours after that session's chequered flag, because the FIA can amend a classification after a session has ended. At that moment the standings for that event are final, and a Round's transfer window opens (§7.3). If an amendment reaches us after we have published a standing, we correct it and say what changed.

7.5 How the Cup is won. The Creator with the highest total points across the three Rounds wins the Cup. Second and third place are the next two highest totals. Ties are settled on performance, never at random (§4.2).

7.6 The podium – the top three choose an experience.

7.6.1 How the choice works. There are three experiences and three winners. First place chooses first, then second, then third. You must make your choice by 14 December 2026. If you do not choose in time, the remaining experiences are allocated in finishing order.

7.6.2 The Dream Rig. A championship-grade sim racing setup, curated with our Brands. Approximate retail value US$3,000. To be confirmed.

7.6.3 The Dream Weekend. Approximate value not less than US$1,500. To be confirmed.

7.6.4 Dream X. Approximate value not less than US$1,000. To be confirmed.

7.6.5 If an experience cannot go ahead. §6.9 applies and it is replaced with an alternative of a similar type and a similar value range. We tell the winner what has changed and why.

7.6.6 Where an experience involves travel. What is included – and what is not – is set out when the experience is announced. Winning the Cup never depends on you travelling anywhere (§6.8); choosing a travel experience does.

7.7 What a podium winner agrees to make.

Two pieces of content. It applies to all three experiences, and you agree to it when you accept your prize.

7.7.1 The first Reel – the announcement. A Reel on your main channel, talking about the experience and tagging the Brands involved. The natural moment is whichever fits: unboxing it, or announcing the trip after the final.

7.7.2 The second Reel – living it. A Reel of the experience itself. The weekend as it happens, or the rig set up and in use where you actually race.

7.7.3 When they are due. The first within 30 days of receiving your prize or of the announcement, whichever applies. The second within 30 days of the experience.

7.7.4 Say that you won it. Both Reels must make clear that the prize came from Formula Dream and our Brands. A post about something you were given has to say so – this is a legal requirement in most countries, not a preference, and "won in the Dream Cup" in the caption is enough to meet it.

7.7.5 What we and the Brands can do with them. You keep your content. You also give Formula Dream and the Brands involved permission to use both Reels, and the footage in them:

  • worldwide;
  • on their own channels and in paid advertising;
  • for the campaign period and the 12 months after it;
  • with the freedom to edit or take excerpts;
  • crediting your handle wherever the format allows it.

7.7.6 What you are confirming. That the content is yours to give – that you have cleared any music, footage or other people appearing in it – and that you are not granting us anything you do not have the right to grant.

7.7.7 If you do not deliver. Your prize is yours to keep – we will not ask for it back. But a Creator who does not deliver both Reels within the times in §7.7.3 will not be invited to future editions of the Dream Cup, and will not be considered for Formula Dream campaigns, prize pools or partner activations that follow. If something has genuinely got in the way, tell us before the deadline and we will work with you.

8 · MOST BACKED CREATOR

A separate prize, outside the podium. The Creator with the most Backings wins a PlayStation 5 – and it goes to their community, not to them.

8.1 What it is. Throughout the Cup, fans back a Creator. The Creator with the most Backings when counting closes is the Most Backed Creator.

8.2 What a Backing is. A fan choosing you as the Creator they are behind. A fan backs one Creator, and the choice is final: it cannot be changed once made. Fans can also share your link to bring more people behind you.

8.3 What counts, and when. A Backing is counted once, at the moment it is made, and it stays counted. Because a fan cannot move a Backing, the total you have received and the total you hold at the close are the same number. Only Backings made inside the counting window below count.

Counting opens at 9:00am on 10 November 2026 and closes at 12:00pm on 6 December 2026, about two hours after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Both times are New York time (§7.2). The Most Backed Creator is therefore known on race day; the Cup winner is announced on 7 December, once the standings are final (§7.4).

8.4 Ties. Settled on performance, never at random (§4.2).

8.5 You cannot keep this prize. The PlayStation 5 does not come to you. It goes to someone in your community, and you choose who by nominating them (§8A).

8.6 Backings have to be real. Backings gained by paying people, by incentivising them, or through fake or automated accounts do not count, and we may remove them from your total or remove you from this prize entirely (§10.3).

8A · THE NOMINATION

How the PlayStation 5 reaches your community: you name one person, and we ship it to them.

8A.1 What you do. When you finish Most Backed Creator, you nominate one person in your community to receive the PlayStation 5. You tell us who they are and where to send it, and we deliver it to them direct.

8A.2 It is your choice, and it has to be a choice. You decide who deserves it. You cannot decide it by a draw, a raffle, or any other random method, and nobody can be asked to pay, buy or enter anything to be considered. Nothing about this prize is decided at random (§4.4).

8A.3 Who you can nominate. Anyone in your community who meets these rules: 18 or older (§5.1), one person only, and not resident in a country listed in §5.5. You cannot nominate yourself, and you cannot nominate someone in your own household (§5.4).

8A.4 When. Your nomination must reach us by 14 December 2026 (§5.7). If it does not, the prize passes to the next Creator in the Backing standings, who then nominates. It is never re-drawn.

8A.5 Verifying the person you name. They confirm their age and where they live before we ship (§5.6). If they cannot be verified, you may nominate someone else within the time in §8A.4.

8A.6 Getting the prize to them. We buy the console inside their own country wherever that country is listed in Annex 2, and have it delivered locally. No border delay, no customs, and hardware built for their region and plug. Where that is not possible, §6 applies. We pay the delivery costs. Neither you nor they are ever asked for a payment.

8A.7 Anything you do beyond the nomination is your own. You are free to make a moment of it on your channels. If you do, it is yours to run rather than ours: it cannot charge an entry fee, cannot require a purchase, and cannot be presented as a Formula Dream competition.

9 · YOUR NAME, YOUR FACE, YOUR CONTENT

9.1 Where your name and picture appear. Formula Dream may use your name, handle, photograph and likeness on the public leaderboard, the campaign page, the invite page, in the app, in campaign content, and in advertising for the Cup.

9.2 Your clips and images. Formula Dream may use clips, images and posts you make about the Cup in campaign content and in advertising for the Cup – worldwide, on our own channels and in paid placements, for the campaign period and the 12 months after it, with the freedom to edit or take excerpts, crediting your handle wherever the format allows.

9.3 The Paddock, and anything you tag. Posts you tag #dreamcup may be picked up and shown in the Paddock – the Dream Cup feed in the app and on the web – and on our campaign surfaces alongside the rest of the Cup.

9.4 Podium winners. §7.7 sets out the two Reels a podium winner makes, and what Formula Dream and the Brands may do with them.

9.5 What we will not do. We will not present you as endorsing a Brand's product beyond what you have actually said about it, and we will not use your name, likeness or content in a campaign unrelated to the Dream Cup.

9.6 If you leave the Cup. These permissions end for anything new. Content already published stays up.

9.7 Music and anything else in the frame. Use copyright-free music in the Reels and in any footage you share with us or the Brands. The same goes for broadcast clips and anyone else on camera – only include what you have the right to share.

10 · CONDUCT

10.1 What we ask of you. Play the Cup, and tell your people about it. There is no posting quota and no minimum activity. Your seat does not depend on it.

10.2 Fair play. Not permitted: bots or automated play · more than one account · playing on someone else's account · exploiting a fault in scoring · buying, paying for or incentivising Backings (§8.6).

10.3 Say when something was given to you. Where you post about anything you received from Formula Dream or a Brand – a prize, a box, a product – make that clear in the post. §7.7.4 covers podium winners; the same applies to everything else.

10.4 Behaviour. We may remove a Creator whose conduct during the campaign brings the Cup, Formula Dream or a Brand into serious disrepute.

10.5 What happens if a rule is broken. Depending on what has happened, we may correct a score, remove Backings, withhold or withdraw a prize, or remove a Creator from the Cup. Decisions are made by Formula Dream.

10.6 Separate agreements. §1.5 applies.

11 · BRANDS, PLATFORMS AND FORMULA 1

11.1 The Brands. Prizes and experiences in the Cup are supplied with our Brands: TBD (brand list). More are joining, and we name each one as they come on board.

11.2 Platforms. The Cup is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other platform. Nothing you post about the Cup creates any obligation on them.

11.3 Formula 1. The Dream Cup is a fantasy game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Formula 1, Formula One Licensing BV, the FIA, any Formula 1 team, any driver, or any Grand Prix promoter or venue.

"F1", "Formula 1", "Grand Prix", and the names of teams, drivers and circuits are the trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe the real-world races the fantasy game follows.

11.4 Product names. PlayStation and PS5 are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment. Other product and brand names in these rules belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a prize is.

12 · DATES AND CHANGES

12.1 The calendar in these rules is the calendar. If something outside our hands moves a date – the Formula 1 timetable, or a reveal we share with a Brand – we publish the new date and tell every Creator who has accepted a seat.

12.2 If a session does not run. The Cup follows the real Formula 1 calendar.

  • If Qualifying or a Race is cancelled or abandoned and no result is declared, that event does not score, and the Cup is decided on the events that did run.
  • If a session is rescheduled, it scores on the day it actually runs.
  • If a whole Round is lost, the Cup is decided over the remaining Rounds.

12.3 Round 3 is the last race of the season. Abu Dhabi closes the Formula 1 year, so there is no later weekend a lost Round could move to. If a Round cannot run, §12.2 applies and the Cup is decided over the Rounds that did.

12.4 Suspending or stopping a competition. We may modify, suspend or end a competition in these rules if fraud, a technical failure, or anything outside our control stops it being run fairly. Where a competition is ended early, it is decided on the standings at the point it stopped – never at random.

12.5 Changes to these rules. These rules carry a version number and an effective date. When we change them we publish the new version, update both, and tell every Creator who has accepted a seat. Changes take effect from the date published. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the Cup by telling us – prizes already awarded are unaffected.

13 · TAX

13.1 Tax on a prize is the winner's. Any income, prize or other tax arising from receiving a prize is yours to pay. We recommend you take your own advice on it.

13.2 We tell you what your prize is worth. The approximate retail value of every prize is in §14, and we confirm the figure for your prize when we award it.

13.3 If you are in the United States. Where the value of your prize is more than US$600 we collect a Form W-9 from you before the prize is sent, and issue a Form 1099-MISC reporting its value.

13.4 Getting the prize to you costs you nothing. Shipping, customs clearance, import duty and VAT are ours (§6.7). Tax on the value of the prize is separate, and is covered by §13.1.

14 · WHAT THE PRIZES ARE WORTH

Approximate retail values at the date of these rules.

Prize Approximate retail value
The Dream Rig US$3,000
The Dream Weekend Not less than US$1,500
Dream X Not less than US$1,000
PlayStation 5 (Most Backed, awarded by nomination) US$700, including tax

Values are approximate and may move with retail pricing. Where a prize is replaced, §6.9 applies.

15 · YOUR DATA

15.1 What we collect. The handle and email you accept with, the country you tell us, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, how you play in the app, and the Backings you receive.

15.2 What we use it for. Running the Cup, scoring it, showing standings, awarding and delivering prizes, and meeting our tax and legal obligations.

15.3 What is public. Your name, handle, picture and standing appear on the public leaderboard and in campaign surfaces (§9.1).

15.4 Who else sees it. We share what is needed to deliver a prize, and nothing more – a winner's delivery address goes to the Brand shipping it. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to a Brand for their own marketing.

15.5 How long we keep it. For as long as the campaign needs it. Tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.

15.6 Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting it during the Cup means leaving the Cup, because we cannot score a seat we hold no data for.

15.7 Our privacy policy. TBD (privacy policy URL) covers this in full and applies alongside these rules.

16 · LIABILITY, DISPUTES AND LAW

16.1 Prizes come as they are. Any warranty or support on a physical prize is the manufacturer's, and we pass on what we receive.

16.2 What we are not responsible for. Delays or failures caused by carriers, customs, platforms or events outside our control; a device or connection that stops you playing; or loss beyond the value of the prize concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16.3 Content you share with us. Stick to §9.7 and this never comes up. If a claim is ever made over music or footage you did not have the right to use, it stays with you rather than with us.

16.4 Disputes about scoring or a result. Raise it with us at support@formuladream.app within 48 hours of the final result being published. Results are provisional for 24 hours after a session (§7.4), so this window runs from the moment the standings are final, never from a provisional publication. We review it and our decision is final.

16.5 Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of the State of Arizona have jurisdiction.

16.6 Your local rights. Nothing in these rules removes consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

16.7 If part of this does not apply. If any part of these rules cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.

16.8 Void where prohibited.

17 · CONTACT

17.1 Questions. support@formuladream.app.

17.2 A copy of these rules, or the winners. Write to us at the address in §1.2 and we will send either to you.

A · Not permitted – comprehensive sanctions or export controls Cuba · Iran · North Korea · Syria · the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Also Russia and Belarus: sanctions there are targeted rather than comprehensive, but the combination of financial restrictions and suspended carrier and retail service means we treat them as no-physical-delivery.

B · Not reachable – carriers have suspended or do not offer service Afghanistan · Eritrea · Venezuela · Lebanon · Seychelles · Kiribati · Turkmenistan · Central African Republic · Cambodia · Laos · East Timor · Bhutan · Papua New Guinea · Solomon Islands · Vanuatu · Tonga · Tuvalu · Samoa · Marshall Islands · Micronesia · Palau · Cook Islands · American Samoa · New Caledonia · Wallis and Futuna · Mayotte · Faroe Islands · Greenland.

Also treated as unreachable while conditions last, because delivery cannot be relied on: Yemen · Sudan · South Sudan · Somalia · Libya · Myanmar · Haiti and the parts of Ukraine affected by the conflict.

Both lists change. Carrier coverage in particular moves without notice. The list in force on the day a prize is awarded is the one that applies. Sources: US sanctions programmes; published carrier service suspensions (USPS and UPS), reviewed 30 August 2026.
