Refund policy
Version 2026-10-16
Changed your mind
You can cancel any time before your order ships: email shop@formuladream.app with your order number. We refund what you paid, less the card processing fee our payment provider (Stripe) charged on your payment, which it does not give back to us. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled this way.
If we are late
If we cannot ship by the date shown at checkout, we email you before that date with a new date. You can agree to wait, or cancel for a full refund with no fee. If the new date is more than 30 days later and you do not agree to it, we cancel and refund you in full.
If we cannot fulfil it
If we have to cancel your order for any reason, you get a full refund with no fee.
Damaged, faulty, wrong or lost
If your lil' Champ arrives damaged or faulty, is not what you ordered, or never arrives, tell us (a photo helps) and we will replace it or refund you in full, with no fee. Please tell us as soon as you can. We usually do not need the champ back.
UK and EU
If you live in the UK or the EU, the law gives you the right to cancel for any reason, from the day you order until 14 days after it arrives. To cancel, use the cancel button on your order page or email us; you can use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We refund the price and the standard shipping in full, with no fee, within 14 days of hearing from you; we may wait until we get the champ back or you show us you have sent it. Return postage is yours to pay. We may reduce the refund only if the champ has lost value because it was handled more than needed to see what it is and how it works.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law gives you where you live, such as the EU's two-year legal guarantee, the UK Consumer Rights Act or the Australian Consumer Law.
