Shipping policy
Version 2026-10-16
Where we ship
From the USA to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and every EU country except Germany. Checkout only offers the countries we ship to.
Price
You pay the carrier price for your address, shown at checkout before you pay.
Import tax
Nothing is owed at the door. Where import tax or duty applies (the EU, Canada, Mexico), we prepay it through the carrier and it is in the shipping price shown at checkout. EU prices include your country's import VAT, and UK prices include UK VAT.
When
Pre-orders ship on the date shown at checkout. Other orders ship within a few working days. Tracking is emailed when your parcel is on its way.
It arrives flat
Your Champ is vacuum sealed so it travels small. Unroll it and let it breathe: under 24 hours somewhere warm and humid, up to 72 hours if it is cold and dry. Never use a hairdryer, never leave it by a heater.
