Marina Bay Street Circuit

Singapore

The Marina Bay circuit is a tight, bumpy street track run at night under lights. A long lap with a great many corners and walls close throughout makes it one of the most physically gruelling races of the year, fought out in heat and humidity that sap the driver over a long, concentration-heavy distance. The bumps and close barriers punish the slightest lapse in placement.

Winding through the streets of Singapore past the bay and the floodlit city skyline, it is a spectacle as much as a race. Stamina and unbroken concentration matter as much as outright pace, because a single mistake against the barriers can undo an entire evening's work.
